Setting Up Vivocloud

To get started, download "Vivotek Vivocloud". You can click on the appropriate app store link above or access the app store app on your phone..
2. Once the app is installed. Open up app and tap on where it says "Sign Up"
3. On the following pages, simply click "Next" until you reach the "Sign Up" section as depicted below. FYI: When creating your password don't use and special characters as it could become an issue if having t re-login Vivocloud.
4. Once you finish entering the required sign up details, you will see a green check mark indicating completion.
5. Now, tap "done" at the top of the screen. Alternatively, you can close the window and proceed to open the Vivocloud app.
6. Please provide the email address you used to sign up with for your Convergent tech.
7. You will need to open up the Vivocloud app & sign in. Use the same email and password you used during the sign up process.
8. After logging in, your Convergent tech will have shared the device and a red notification will appear as shown below, in the bottom right-hand side.
8. Tap on that notification. Then in the top-right hand corner you will see the following notification.
9. Tap on the above icon and you will see the following page. From here tap on the blue check mark or "Accept All". Then press the green "Save" button at the bottom of the page & tap the back arrow in the top left corner.
10. You can now open your named device and start viewing your cameras. Your Convergent tech will guide you on how to use the app.
