Setting Up Vortex

To get started, download Vivotek Vortex app. You can click on the appropriate app store link above or access the app store app on your phone.
2. After downloading the Vortex app, it is necessary to create an account. To do so, simply tap on the "Create Account" button located at the bottom of the screen.
3. Please provide your email address and create a password. Then tap on the "Create Account" at the bottom of the page.
4. Once you have created account you will see the following screen.
5. Please find below an email that you will receive. Kindly click on the highlighted link within the email to verify your email address.
6. After verifying your account, it is necessary for your Convergent tech to include you in the company's resellers portal and send you an invitation to access the cameras through the Vortex app. You will receive the following email. See the picture below. Tap on the highlighted link.

-If you're on your mobile device you do not need to log in via the web page. Go back to Vortex app now and login.

-However, if your on a computer then proceed to login via the webpage.
7. Once you have logged in to the Vortex app you will now be able to view your cameras as below. Your Convergent tech will go over how to navigate the app.
